Creating Multiple Layers of the Dance--by Saida


Saida will open the class with a breathing, focusing, and imagery exercise to enhance the overall learning experience.  Teaching format will include dance combinations building into a brief choreography illustrating the effects of layering.  For the current class, layering includes building from basic movement to advanced combined body isolations coupled with a focus on emotion and individual purpose in dance presentation.  Please bring a hip scarf or practice belt.
