We are also excited about our room rates. The prices are very good for Vegas, especially considering the proximity to "The Strip". In fact, these prices are approximately $40 less per night then the 2007 rates for the same weekend.
All rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. There are additional charges for triple & quad occupancy. There will be a $4.95 Hotel Service's Fee + Clark County Room Tax per room per night.
The Hotel Service Fee includes the airport and "Strip" shuttle service, unlimited local and 800 calls, unlimited use of fitness facility, line pass to feast buffet (this one is waaay nice), incoming faxes, 20% off Gift Shop merchandise, and a coupon book valued at $200.00

Courtyard rooms are next to the pools and tend to be a tad smaller than the Tower rooms. But don't underestimate the power of a dip in the jacuzzi after a long day of dancing. The Tower rooms are a bit larger & have a lovely view of the city.
Additionally, for those of you who really want to pamper yourself, there are Courtyard & Tower Suites available for ~$40 more per night than our group rates. Suites tend to fill up quickly, so if you want this option you will want to book early.

Currently the computer system isn't booking dates that far in advance. So, if you want to reserve your room now, please call 1-800-634-3101 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive with the Reservation ID PCILVBE. In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax charge is to be received no later than 14 days from the date of the room reservation.
Palace Station must receive your room reservation by August 06, 2008 or before our block or rooms sells out. After this date or once our block of rooms are sold out, the hotel will take reservations on a space available basis and at the prevailing hotel rate.
