We highly recommend you stay on site as the schedule is intense and it is much easier to crawl out of bed in the morning and stagger down to class instead of dealing with taxis, parking, etc.
Courtyard rooms are next to the pools and tend to be a tad smaller than the Tower rooms (unless, of course, you book a suite). But don't underestimate the power of a dip in the jacuzzi after a long day of dancing. The Tower rooms are a bit larger & have a lovely view of the city.

Suites in the Courtyard or in the Tower (Petite Suites) will be offered to the attendees of the Intensive & Festival at $30 over the above rates and are based on availability.
Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. A $9.95 Hotel Service's Fee will be added per room, per night. The above room rates and Hotel Service Fee are subject to Clark County room taxes, currently at 9%. Taxes and Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night's room and taxes charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1) night's room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day grace period, the reservation will be cancelled.
Palace Station will take reservations for our group until August 09, 2009, after this date the hotel will take reservations on a space available basis and at a prevailing hotel rate.
