Angela

Angela Palmeri-Davis began her dance and gymnastics discipline at the age of four; she completed her first successful year of gymnastics at age nine, ending the season a gold medalist and winning the title of the "1986 Nevada State Gymnastic Champion".
In her early teens she began exploring ethnic dance including dances of the Middle East, West Africa, and the Polynesian Islands. Angela's passion for cultural dance eventually led her to study abroad in the countries of their origin, as well as study with some of the top artists of Egypt and Lebanon such as: Mona Said, Nagwa Fouad, Amany, Farida Fahmy, Mahmoud Reda, and Yousry Sharif.
In addition to being a devoted student, Angela is an equally dedicated performer, choreographer and teacher. Angela's Middle Eastern choreography has been performed throughout Las Vegas' top hotel/casinos including Caesars Palace, Aladdin, and the Desert Passage. Her performances have been enjoyed throughout the United Arabic Emirates, Egypt, West Africa, Japan, Hawaii, California, Las Vegas, and most recently (2007) in China.
Angela teaches regularly at the College of Southern Nevada.
